Ⅰ - I am NOT an Artist! You will need to provide an art/reference of your choosing. I will only redraw the art to make it doable into a rug.
(Refs/art with flat colors and simple shading is preferred, rendered art is fine but will take longer for me to simplify it)(p.s your arts that you own or characters from shows, movies, anime are perfectly fine.)If you are using arts from other Artist or characters from Visual Novels, you will need to ask their permission with proof to show me.

Ⅱ - After receiving your final sketch and cost with your approval, payment will be upfront in order to start on your rug.

Ⅲ - Once your art is drawn on the canvas, you cannot make any more changes.

Ⅳ - Colors in arts and yarns will not always match in colors but it will be researched to be well match as possible.

Ⅴ -Turnaround time will be 1-6 weeks; You are free to ask for any updates on your rug.

Ⅵ - You are allowed to post the commission wherever you like, I will ask for your permission to post on my social media with or without @.

Ⅶ - I have the right to decline any commissions.

ⅦⅠ - new terms or changes may happen without notice so be sure to check every time you commission.

Shipping and Payment

Ⅰ - Payments will be in USD (American Dollars)

Ⅱ - Be comfortable giving your Address when asked for Shipping purposes.

Ⅲ - Have either of these payment method, PayPal or Cash App.

Ⅳ - refunds, if you decide to cancel
90% of the cost will be refunded if you rug have not started.
70% If I drawn the outline on the canvas.
50-20% if the coloring has started, the more colors the lower the %.

Ⅴ - U.S Shipping are free, +$20 for International Shipping.

Ⅵ - Shipping Carriers will be either UPS or USPS. If your country does not allow those carriers, extra fees may apply to find the appropriate carrier to ship.

Ⅶ - For all International orders, customers will be responsible for any additional customs and duties fees.
You are also responsible for checking your tracking process, if there's an issue with your package, you may contact me.

Ⅷ - Any of your confidential info that you provided will NOT be shared or stored in any way by the maker.

ⅠⅠ - NSFW, Suggestive is allowed (Underwear, towels, anything that covers the genitals. Butts are OK)

ⅠⅠⅠ - Hate Speech in all ways.

Ⅳ - Gore (cartoony bloods, bones, organs are OK, you can ask me if its allowed or not.

Ⅴ - zoophilia or pedophilia (In ALL ways)
